Non-physical action – such as misleading visual images or tweets, for example – can cause a significant physical damage or unwanted reaction. Closure of a port, based on a misleading tweet from a hacked account suggesting a sea mine in the entrance, was used as an example of a possible financial and economic damage caused by manipulated information.
